Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of jyotishya.app and the consultations offered through it. The service is run by Rohith, trading as Thanks To Ads ("Jyotishya", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Jyotishya lets you speak privately by phone with a Vedic astrologer and pay per minute from a prepaid wallet. Calls are connected through a masked number, so neither side sees the other's real phone number.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for keeping your phone and your account secure, and for everything done through your account.

3. Astrology is guidance, not professional advice

Consultations reflect the astrologer's interpretation of traditional Vedic astrology. They are for personal guidance only. They do not replace advice from a qualified doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or mental-health professional, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. You are responsible for the decisions you make. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact local emergency services or a helpline straight away.

4. Wallet, pricing and payment

• The per-minute rate is shown on the astrologer's profile before you call. Prices include GST.
• Calls are billed per minute, with any part of a minute counted as a full minute.
• Your wallet balance can only be used for consultations on Jyotishya. It is non-refundable, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and does not earn interest.
• Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change rates in the future. Changes never apply to a call that is already in progress.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• abuse, threaten or harass the astrologer, or ask for anything unlawful;
• record a consultation without the astrologer's consent;
• use someone else's phone number or payment method without permission;
• try to interfere with, overload or get around the site's security or billing.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability

The astrologer is usually available at the hours shown on the site, but availability is not guaranteed. Calls depend on telephone networks and other third-party services that we do not control, and the service may sometimes be interrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from decisions made after a consultation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after that date, you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first at rohith@jyotishya.app, as most issues can be resolved quickly that way.
